I have tried everything from using the original to checking the resized image. None will render a city, just nothing happens. Thank you anyway, I'll just use other maps.

I have downloaded beachside from the stex and it doesn't render. I get no error messages but nothing happens except a region.ini file is generated. I did resize the downloaded grayscale file and created a config.bmp file. Just to check, my config.bmp file is 54 x 38 and the details.jpg greayscale file is 3457 x 2433. I think I did the math right. I have been able to do other maps, but I did not do any resizing on them.
