It looks decent, but upload your pictures through Imageshack or another image hosting site. Then post the direct link into that little icon up there ^ that says upload an image. I also suggest you minimize the menu and take pictures using ctrl+shift+s. Good luck. Btw I think the STEX has an "Ashy roads texture mod" so you should try that
Thanks for the advice about uploading. Hopefully can upload a few images soon and the Ashy roads are great, can't believe I missed them! shame they don't effect the NWM roads though

Haha, im aware you dont get wild horses, bears ect on the beaches of LA, but i haven't got got round to removeing them (thats if you even can). Other than that any recomendations on how I could improve and get this area of the city to better reflect the real LA? All my previous cities have been more Northern style and i'm finding it hard to get as much content for a city like LA, the feature that currently bothers me most is the road/ave texutres. A lighter grey would have a huge impact on the overall apearence of the city, making it look much more like LA.

Currently finding it challenging to capture thelook and atmosphere of LA. I think this is party because SC4 and the majority of user created stuff is geared toward creating North American and Euro style cities, also im from Liverpool, UK so I’m certainly not used to the Subtropical-Mediterranean climate of LA. This is the main reason i started the city in the middle-class area of Long Beach, it lacks the mega-highways, smog covered industrial areas, expancive ports and landmarks of the downtown peak etc. All of which i am burning to get started on, but I think that if i can capture the feeling of LA in this reletivly plain area then the areas to come will look even better! Any advice would be appretiated as to how i could make this feel more like LA thanks. Uploaded with ImageShack.us Uploaded with ImageShack.us Uploaded with ImageShack.us Uploaded with ImageShack.us
