What are transit enabled lots? Bus stops, Metro stations, Train stations etc.??

Hi I'm new to simtropolis. I really like these patches and modds. It makes my cities look cool. However, I wanted to know when will be that bug fixed ? I'm trying to make a nice GLR around my city but it's just impossible, game is crashing every 5 minutes. I know it must be difficult to create modds and patches but I would be very greatful because I love GLR Thanks in advance for reply and forgive my english if its bad. Thanks.
