I downloaded bats from simtropolis site but not EA one. And I tried for hours to find a phone number in France but nothing. Someone plz help me !

Hello and sorry 4 me english (i'm a poor french). I bought a few weeks ago SIMCITY 4 and have downloading some lots and bats from this site. But, I wanted to register on EA site and couldn't : I didn't buy a new game but a second-hand game and the first user had already done this. I bought the Sims extra deluxe box and simcity 3000 "new" and now i can't download these 2 sdfggs.dat. Help me please !
