  1. Three Rivers Region

    I had created new region by topic https://www.simtropolis.com/forum/messageview.cfm?catid=141&threadid=92951&enterthread=y I don't apply pp.22-24 of this instruction. region is displayed and colored as it was seen in SC4Mapper, and when I save city, i get error message 'error saving file'. after exiting it, on cities place - completly flat terrain, help me!
