    Can somebody please help me. I downloaded some maps and put them in to Regions folder. The pictures and the config file.But now when i start that region its flat and has no mountains and everything that it should have. Only the nuber of cities is the same. help me please

    I downloaded that, unrared it, copied it into plugins, but it doesn't work. And i also don't know how do I open or install these files. My demand is on the same level. I have the Sim City 4 Deluxe edition. Is that important in any way?

    I'm new on this forum and i haven't noticed where i can download all these new buildings I have seen here. And I'm also interested how to keep my RC demand high, because I have a city with 90.000 residents and it doesn't grow. Please if u can hep me.
