Registration (SimCity.com) Solutions

When i try and do the first registration step, i get an error message saying : Trouble Sending Registration, You need an external connection to send this information....but i have a 2mb broadband connection! i even tried turning off any firewalls ive got running...any ideas? -
Well here is my first pictures ive uploaded as im new to this site - i can never get past a certain point with my cities because i think they look really really poor, dull and lifeless. i always seem to run out of any good ideas too so any help would be really really appreciated!! many thanks, ade

xiziz - Where did you get that cruise ship from? is it available for download off this site?? Everyone else - Cities are looking incredible! Do cities get noticbly 'nicer' and 'better' looking when you get over a certain population amount? i mean, ive only got a pop of 1000 and everything looks dull, no nice houses etc etc. Regards, Ade
