    When I play, I don't see many pedestrians or cars on the road, well, hardly no cars at all. My town is quite big, 40,000 citizens i think. Is this normal? Is it a bug? I'm running the original game SimCity4, without any updates. Also, when I build parks and stuff, only the grass/ground show up, never fences or anything. help? Please
