I dont advice splitting up R and C atleast not completely as it can be hard to make enough money in a town with just R. However placing I in another zone works great. -

Imported power cost more then placing a powerplant in your city so its not free... but yes you do save the money youd have to spend on support otherwise. -

More ram and then faster cpu in that order help alot. Speed of memory doesnt matter that much nowdays are they are all fast enough so to speak. Also try doing defragments regularly on your harddrive it can help alot if you have a slower disk with low free space. -

I'w said it before but yes it works great on 64 bit win7 RC atleast. no problems at all for me so far and I have been using it since RC came out. -

I'm running on w7 64bit without any trouble at all with a ATI 4830 and latest drivers works like a charm -
I have been looking all over but I really cant find how much Commercial demand cap relief a town connection with the Rush Hour Avenues add so if anyone knows I'd be grateful
