    I agree with JCarter, the ground highways do require a lot more planning ahead if you want that region tile to become more urban and a perfect example of elevated to ground highways and the differences between them is in Bangkok where in the denser and more built up areas is the elevated and in the suburban sprawl is the ground highways.
