Me too, my environment rating used to be about 85% green, but it's solid red since installing RH. My dirty industry tax has been 20% for about 100 years, so I really don't have any left in my city. My air pollution is pretty low, so I think the problem might be that I have no water treatment plant. Another $350 a month, sigh...
