  1. Hello, I recently decided to play SC4 again and I have the Deluxe version. I installed it and went to start playing it but when I start it, it just stays on the Desktop. I go to the processes menu and it is in there yet I cannot see it.. Computer specs: AMD Athlon 1500+ VIA K333 Motherboard ATI All-in-wonder 9600 768MB Ram Yeah.. I'm not sure.. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey Everyone, A bit a of a stupid question probably, but I am pretty new to SimCity 4 and was wondering, I saw a lot of buildings in the ST-Exchange and I was wondering how they work. Do they automatically grow? Do you plop them? How do you even put them into the game to use them? Thanks
