I've dedicated myself to building a downtown area in my current city...its currently significantly mature, yet in my high-density commerical areas I don't see any real skyscrapers..can anyone give me tips on getting 'em built?

100,000, huh? Should all my regional zones that region be high-density then? Sorry for being a newbie, and sorry again for continuing this conversation in the bugs forum, but whats stage eight?

I removed the industry quadrupler and now everything is back to normal....One general game question: How do I get those 'towering skyscrapers' in those commercial zones that I see in CJs all the time? I tried constructing a "downtown" esque area, but my commercial buildings are nowhere near skyscraper status, and they don't seem to be going that way...the only skyscrapers I have are those I place myself, like the Empire State and etc...

I just tried running it for half a year/full year to no avail...this is really annoying...should I the NAM mod or something?

Oh, and my copy of Simcity 4 Deluxe has been updated to the latest version.

So, I installed NAM, BSC Mega-Texture Pack and BSC Essential Pack, and it all worked pretty well...I built several cities with ease, and everything was relatively fine. I also installed the RH Simolean bat, and that worked too for a bit...then, almost suddenly, I found that I was unable to build a resdential area without getting a "No Road-Access" sign above all my spaces, regards of the configurations I tried. Any ideas?
