I must agree with ricb with that statement of his. Only New York City and Chicago operate a system that is pictured. Chicago uses cars dressed up like what is in the picture. I should know because I have seen them many times in my childhood and trips down to Chicago. Please check your sources again.

Lighthouse, sweeet. I love lighthouses as my hometown has TWO lighthouse. One is red, 101 years old, active, and it is on a long concrete pier. While the other one is cream, 141 years old, is a historical landmark, part of a museum, and sits on a bluff 30 feet above Lake Michigan surface. Anyway, cool pictures and most of the city and county parks has trash cans simular to the one that you took a picture of. Looking out for more my friend. -
