When more residents move in and the demand changes, then so will your industrial sector. Currently it hasn't really changed at all. I would try that for now as you won't have to worry about extreme expenses and you'll beable to earn points from those developments as investments. 2nerdy4u - Very well, I will fullfill that Benedict - Okay, post the revised map and I'll host it on the website Zarp - Sounds interesting but how exactly did you have in mind (system per-se) did you intend on committing crimes and how did you intend to compensate for them? It would make for a nice storyline addition too... Nienaber - Civic services such as police, schools, fire stations, hospitals are only provided by the city, I.E. noone can own them... Three reasons, #1 They make the economic appeal of Newark and I don't want Newark to have TOO many nice areas TOO soon otherwise it would be unrealistic. #2 If everyone owned a police station around their development and lets say there's 5 developments spread out on a Parcel, well thats 5 police stations biult when the city could probably get away with only 3 that cover those areas with their coverage. That would really hit the city budget. #3 I have a storyline intro for Police Stations that require there to be a lack thereof... remember, Newark is currently owned more by its capitalists than its government. Thus the large companies and industries, and wealthy have a firm grip of Newark. Services such as Law Enforcement (because most of them are crooks anyway) would really hold them back from their goal. rocketoink - Take your time and decide... Plan one he charges you interests, and he's no haggler so you won't need to worry about "EXPLOSIVE" interests rates, his last loan was 100 points and the dude only needed to pay back 130 points... Plan two, well you pay him monthly for as long as your development exists... cheaper in the short run but it'll add up in the future...

If so, Lantia Parkway and The East/West Connector are on the same alaignment, they're technically the same road when The East/West Connector meets Exit 0, Lantia Parkway begins from it.. Lantia Parkway can't be extended Eastward to your development, only westward. If you're talking about Benedicts railline, then that won't be any problem. iamihop11 - Cool, will do... Benedict - Good point... It would require massive construction to biuld a bigger station. You can possibaly just extend the current one just by using another "Passenger Rail Stop" .

Bluehope now has a website (view signature), there are developments sprouting up all over the place mostly in the west, Three new highways have been built, 202/A2 Tollway(Video) and Tuckaway Highway by Tuckaway Transportation, Atlantic Drive by yours truly, Benedict is opening up the first passenger railway using preexisting South Shore Rail Line rails, The East/West Connector has been remodeled around the downtown area into a sunken freeway and now has 14 Exits (used to be 13), Downtown has two new sky scrapers owned by willg and MPTC/iamihop11, There's also 40 point residential and commercial grants if you decide to biuld near a freeway... rocketoink - PM iamihop11 and ask him for a loan, use your current points and the loan points and simply pay the loan back under your first pay check. willg - Don't need the tile count for the runway, those automatically cost 50 Points regardless of size. So you're saying the Airport LAND occupies 10X20 tiles? Very well but how many tiles are the biuldings and tarmac? For a biulding height limit... That would be very difficult to achieve because unless we used bats we have no real control over how tall biuldings grow. Don't worry though because Millidgeville is 5 Exits away from downtown and about 15 miles... well out of the way of landing and taking off aircraft... You could also consider biulding it so that the runway is facing the ocean that way you won't need to worry about a height limit... lilmanjs - Yup, hardwork pays off... And yes as a matter of fact there is a farming plantation that is located off an access road that leads to your highway... you'll soon see...

Announcement: Updates are about to slow down. I am entering college this Monday and I'm afraid that I will have to set priorities. rocketoink - Also just so you know, there are no rail stations on the railline that you want me to put a train station on, until downtown where it joins Benedicts portion of the South Shore Rail Line. It is a freight line. I have no problem with putting a passenger station there, it is just to let ya know though that usage might be alittle rare.

jacqulina - Thanks Mike the Mayor - While I use those street tiles for the same purposes... In this case, they were used as tiles to replicate road construction and asphalt laying for the new route... rocketoink - Very well, I'll get you a points cost on that as soon as I can... Also for future reference, just copy the link from your imageshack or photobucket host (not the entire code) and use the "Insert/Edit Image" feature on the message post (it's the button to the left of the Smile.) Just know that for the moment that the majority of my time is concentrated upon getting the website together before I head back into college, so it might take me awhile before I can fully satisfy your request, but it will be done as soon as possible. cleaner475 - Understandable, just be aware that I'm concentrating on several aspects of this project at once so it might still take awhile between updates until the website is fully functional.
