Franklin County - 12th Anniversary Update, All-Nighttime Shots of New Riverside Downtown
Ntq€310 replied to Patricius Maximus's topic in SC4 City Journals
IHG has aggred to buyout the failing company, but we will like to ask how much franklins currency goes into the dollar, and if it would be ok to buy it at 20 a share. IHG is also making a large sum of new income off of making new development and we would be intrested in developing a growing the new area if possible, though no public announcment will be made. Seeing as IHG will be buying the company we will try to renegotiate the morgages and loans to help make them more profitable. Also good set of updates -
wow spore your area is looking great!
-
wow alot happening in this paper! i hope the afdes isnt dragged into this
-
wow a great update, all i can say is dubai has nothing on you

Nice Pictures! wow economic crisis is hitting the afdes preety hard. but IHG could be intrested in buying up the failing International Real Estate Holdings, as a great Franklin Expansion and in re-writing many of the deals made. But if not we could have many suggestions for Franklin. But to alert you IHG which is also somewhat in this subprime problem is starting to have trouble in franklin aswell, which were seeing a rise of foreclosurers of about 29% is franklin, which it's even worse in Flint, though in our other markets things have remain stable. -
wow this is the biggest page flip bug ive seen in vs, almost like a franklin one.

i dont want the park being replaced by a school, it can be placed two blocks north anyway.
-
hmm but i like the park there, cant the school be put somewhere else? also yea connecting with the rest of the park system would be great, who says you need a car to get around

Pat you put it in such good words, and your cj is doing great! -
i have a good size proposal for the resort district, im calling it the Resort District capital plan Ok Now to explain! Orange - What should become the General Cliff Line, Allowing for a more connected Beach. Peach- A Beach Expansion Green- Small - Medium Residential Development, most likly medium along the new beach front Blue - Commerical Development White - Avenue Expansion Red Square- A Park Red Line - A Long path that leads from the End of the tile to the Road that the new Hospital Sits on, now i expect near or at the end of the tile to be a road, so at that road the path will start, there should be a good amount of area's to get on it, and it should have a good amount of Road and street crossings. Which i have outlined area's in Black where a street or Road corssing should be. Also along that path or near it, it could be possible to have a avenue or road. Which the path should have many spurs to that road. The road could be right next to it, or 3 tiles away in most area's to allow for new development, which i would like. this is also open to new hosptials and schools, and other civics.
-
ok on the update im glad all my developments ahve gone to plan and that many of my mix development area's are going great. Now in the IHG hq im afraid the building does not work, because the building that would have been choosed would be after the Flint Economic Troubles end. But also i would perfer to find another building.
-
thanks un1
-
hmm well i didnt know that, but a expanded garbage island or garbage docks will come soon so i think garbge shipping should be outlined as no limits.
-
wow great chicago! though i can tell how long ago it was made because the megis field airport along the lake is still there
-
umm un1 just to say the garbage island will stay in it's current location as we are taking the top standers to make it safe, and in game the garbage island has no effect on the water. on the group of nuclear power plants i disagree on any limit as they have no effect on water. on oil and coal i have no problems on natural gas i dont haev a problem though i would find it better if it was 3 tile instead of 5 in landfills i agree, but on incenerators i also agree.

The California High Speed Rail thread
Ntq€310 replied to hamsterTK's topic in Architecture & Urban Planning
this sounds very good, and can really help set a example for the other highspeed rail areas. though im not from california, im actually from illinois, but hsr is a big deal due to the proposed midwest hsr system, which is alot bigger then california's, but it still gives me hope. -
ok so the update in now offically up!

) deathtopumpkins: Yup good guess Sirunger: Thanks! Well at last i give you a update! We Pick up on the Tile border, just beyond this is Flint, but Development has stalled and nothing is around htis this. Then We start to His the town of Nipigon A Overview of the Town, probably at this point the biggest commerance center outside of Flint. Before the Flint economy started to go bad a large portion of this area was already cleared for development to start. Starting again Though it may look like it went a little lazy it's actually the fact that many capital improvments for this tile as well others have been cancled dew to budget problems in Flint. Another view. We enter downtown Nipigon, this area has thousands of jobs just on it's own, and is already a center for transportation, with a bus terminal, around 3 tram stations, and it's easy acsess by road. Also from this picture you can see my grass lots, if anyone has anything like those, same texture, just it can work on slope please say! This lowes employes many, but might be closing in the future cauing some worrys in the local market. Now up the hill you see this development you also see the rhw Last Week inorder to make a stable budget the city ended the wall program for the meantime, a shocking move that the effects of can easily be seen. Let's go and see the rest of nipigon. just north of downtown what would have been a new highclass area, though still very nice the lack of wall program, and the failure of futher development has taken it toll. The Northest area to develope for nipigon. This area was set to start developing, and the tree's were already cleared, but funding has fallen out, making the city lose much money. This area with the roads was also set to become a forest preserve with trails and everything, but it has been put off. Now let's head to essen aint it a wonderful area? Well welcome to essen, for a smaller community this is probably the most hit with the crisis in the flint economy, no walls, failed developments, the freezed banking system has hit this very badly. But the community is know for it's nice people, and there is still a high demand for houses. These are the olny windmills in the whole tile, this also showes the houses that could have been. Well now i give you the olny 2 nightshots That concludes Part A of Update 13, thanks for coming!
