It works. I figured out the game was actually installed in a different folder so I was able to add the mods there and now they work. Thanks!

I wanted to install some Mods but I dont have the Simcitydata folder. I uninstalled and re-installed; still nothing. How do I get the folder?

If I have futuristic buldings in one city, will those buildings spread to another city in the region or it the futuristic content confined to the city in which it was placed (except for visitors with flying cars)?

I had a similar problem where they weren't picking up from a school. It had to do with how I placed the school. I watched them go around and around the block on the wrong side of the street forever - garbage trucks don't u-turn. I closed and reopened the dump a few times until one of the trucks managed to figure out how to get on the right side of the street.
