I've had an odd little bug pop up. My education sliders have just started climbing on their own well past their nescessary funding levels. I'm running SC4 Deluxe, unpatched, and installed a bunch of education buildings before the bug cropped up. I have tried removing these mods but it's made no diference. I can manually drop the sliders back down, but each month they pop up a tick until eventually my cities budget just can't handle it anymore. Has anybody else heard of this or seen it before? I tried a bit of searching but got nowhere. Thanks for your help.

Pretty cool start! I love Chicago, its such an amazing city, and I want to move there so badly. I've got a question though, what sea wall is that? I've seen it used a lot, but never found a download for it. Thanks.

You've got some good stuff on there. Keep at it!quote> Hey, thanks! That means a lot. I like how you do all the creeks scattered around the region. Something I'm going to have to try and do more often now. Looks really good.

Another lurker popping in with the praise! Your design work with the project is exceptional! It and the little back story really makes it stand out compared to all the other CJs I've read here. You must work in design, or at least study it? Your to good to not be.

I'm trying to get the 16bit exported PNG file converted to a properly lit 8bit for use in the old fashioned region importing. Importing the 16 bit png to SC4 doesn't get recognized and just makes everything under water, and trying to boost the contrast, lighting and levels on Photoshop with the image leave it grainy and just poor looking overall. I'm working with a pretty large region and just don't have the time to load and close each one by hand and really need to get it loaded in this way. Anybody have any ideas on what to do with this, or anyway to modify the program to export it at 8 bit instead?
