    ahh.. but is there no quantitative way to track what you need to do, honestly the city polls dont seem to work all that well

    hope i don't sound too stupid in asking this, but how is the mayor's rating comouted? i keep on trying to refer to the 6 green/red bars on the polls but their movement doesn't seem to follow that of the overall maypr's rating. somtimes they are all on the rise, whilst my mayor's rating is going towards the red continously.
