WOW!! When I started this thread, I had no idea I was part of such a huge s-o-l group. I tried the recommended actions. Best I got was to be told that I could use the "forgot my password" route, and that it would resend my info to use. Ummmmmm....suprise. Didn't work. EA really has some (fecal matter) to sort out in support.
