Hello!! Here in this thread, you can basically share your poems, songs, and writings to Simtropolis! Narrowed down...you can: Criticize other people's poems/songs/writings. Just read other writings. Post a video of you singing/playing an instrument to that song you've written. HAVE FUN and EXPRESS!! I'll post one of mine on here soon, once I get my notebook back. Teaser; it's a song called Thursday Two Weeks Ago... I think writing is a really good way of getting emotions out that aren't meant to be shut up inside you. Most of the time, people write to get sadness, angst, depression, and other bad feelings out of their system (it really does help) but sometimes people write to express their happiness! You can share those types of poems here too, definitely! Writing is another good way of getting your mind off hurting yourself. I know this for a fact...once those endorphins start going through your blood stream...you can't stop until you're lying there, dead. Songwriting can make you feel better in a harmless way, though. You'd be surprised to know some how many people actually do write songs and poems and stuff, there's this guy at my school, he's one of those tough and athletic ones and he's the type that never shows emotion. He sits next to me in English and his notebook was open and I decided to be nosy and look in it. It was full of very emotional poems and songs, and most of them were really good! That's one example, so why don't you show Simtropolis YOUR sensitive side! So what are you waiting for? Start sharing your writings to us fellow Simtropolians!!

As you all know, I am a complete and utter musicaholic. So that's why I want to start another thread about music! Yay! Geez, Brad. Calm down... So. What is on the end of your headphones? An MP3 player? A CD player? An old fashioned cassette walkman?! Last night my mom bought me the best Easter present ever. Usually I don't even get easter presents, and recently my old MP3 player (who I loved and even NAMED...) died. His name was Francis and he had a Batman bandaid on him. Aww, the Maritimes aren't bad, except for the fact there really isn't much here. Depends on what you're looking for. I still can't get over that you live like...an hour away from me, meanwhile I'm the ONLY person in Fredericton active on Simtropolis...and I'm in a minority of New Brunswicker Simtropolians. xD

Hmm, being a bi kid with red hair in high school...isn't fun. I don't really feel like ruining my good day by going on about my bully details, but lately I've decided to just take it or leave it. Mostly leaving it, actually, which is something I always found hard to do. The worst thing ever happened to me is when I was outside the mall alone when a couple (three) guys from my school came up to me. I was waiting for a drive with my MP3 player on, and didn't think anyone would really notice me, so I just stood there in the half snowing cold. They came up, smoking weed, typically. Obviously they must have been drunk too because not one of them could walk a straight line without stumbling, which I'm happy for, one of the guys, named "Tadan" tried to get me to come with them after yelling "GINGER!!" and "EMO!!" from a distance, catching everyone who was walking out of the theater exit's attention. I thought that was going to be the worst of it, so I just turned my MP3 player up louder when they started yelling at me. But they all came up to me and started talking to me, surrounding me almost. The guy behind me was snickering, and the other guy behind me was pointing at something in my direction. I thought it seemed like something out of a movie, because they wouldn't let me out of their little "circle", and just kept pestering me more and more about "Why are you wearing this?" and "Why are you doing this?" and such, picking me apart, etc. It wasn't really that long before I could just literally push myself out of it. The guy I was closest to at the time tried to grab my shoulder but I just shrugged him off and fast walked inside the theaters, where surely there would be some people standing around. I think if they weren't impaired at the time, they could have done a lot more. As I walked away from them, the countless four letter words and insults screaming in my direction felt like nothing as I was scared to death, almost. It wasn't even really that big of a deal because there wasn't any physical beating or anything like that, more of a "scare-the-filthy-ginger-kid-for-fun-while-we're-drunk-and-or-high" things. Bullying is just...gah.

Rocks. My. Life.
