If I am not logged in, I can view the STEX and everything on the site perfectly fine. But, once I do log in, the scrolling message board, live chat, STEX, etc [ Everything but Omnibus + Forums ] stop working and give me an error similar to the following: I figured this was temporary, or my computer, but i've tried many computers and its been nearly, or maybe more than a year now. What the heck is going on?

Hi. I used to run the game just fine with: Pentium 4 HT 3.2Ghz 8800GTS 512mb 2GB Ram Vista Ultimate Some el-cheapo motherboard. 640GB hard drive Now I have: Quad Core Q9450 3Ghz Nvidia GTX 260 4GB Ram Vista Ultimate High-End mobo [striker II Formula] 640gb hard drive and I get about 1-10 FPS. Its fine if i'm not moving or in the regional view, but if I go into a city, it stutters so bad I cant even play. RAM usage is only 36% and CPU is under 25% through out. Any ideas? Oh, and temps are fine too. GPU = 46C CPU = 28C Software rendering does the same thing. I have just a few plugins, which hasn't changed since getting a new PC
