I'm talking about not being able to plop residential buildings. Is there anyone working on a mod or fix for this, or is it a total lost cause?

I appreciate the help, but none of those work. Can anyone tell me how to just uninstall the patch?

I just downloaded this patch, http://simcity.ea.com/update/index_rtpatch.php?sku=NA&version=1.1.638.0 and look what it has done to my medium park green (the blank green spot) and it has taken away the scenery around the building across the street from it. Anyone know whats up or how to just uninstall the patch? https://img.photobucket.com/albums/v234/illini787/FisherCity-Dec.png and by the way, this only applies to newly plopped parks and buildings or newly developing buildings. My old parks and buildings before the patch look fine still.
