    it's version 613 butt i just downloaded the patch from the official site so is that patch out dated our what ?

I have installed gmax i have updated simcity with "UPDATE_SKU1_TO_P1_B638.EXE" from the official site i have installed "SC4BATInstaller.exe" and i have installed "SC4Update4BAT.exe" and still i can't see any damn lights in my downloaded buildings. What more do i have to install? Did i do something wrong? I asked this question in an other topic butt didn't seem to get an answer...

    I have installed gmax i have updated simcity with "UPDATE_SKU1_TO_P1_B638.EXE" from the official site i have installed "SC4BATInstaller.exe" and i have installed "SC4Update4BAT.exe" and still i can't see any damn lights in my downloaded buildings. What more do i have to install? Did i do something wrong?
