Whenever I rose taxes to 9 or 9.5 % everyone was leaving the town dont know why. I was generating 6.6k in revenue yet my expenses were 15k go figure.

Hello. Last one I played I belive was SIM TOWER and SIM CITY in the windows 98 times I'd like to try out SIM CITY again, that is if someone can tell me what needs to be done to build european type buildings. I assume this is some sort of mod. Are there any guides or FAQS that I could read to help me get started? I'm sure the infrastructure is way more complex, I've been reading some of the forums and I see bus stops, all kids of different public transit systems, one way streets, I don't know what else is out there. ... thanks.
