I went to a gaming place today with a few friends to try it out, and their computers are similar to yours, except the graphics card, which is a 6600GT, and it ran beautifully. Must be because nVidia pwns ATI. Here's what I think of it: Load times are annoying. Seemed like it would take 5 minutes to load each round. It didn't help that the game would crash randomly. And it crashed a lot. The maps were quite nice at first, but got old extremely fast. The reason: size. Unless you were able to get a vehicle, you're pretty much going to be defending the base that life, unless you feel like walking to a base 500 metres away at 1.5 metres a second. Spawn killing got really annoying, also. If I was in your position, I would buy Rome: Total War instead. Much better game, and $17 cheaper.
