    Hi, I just reloaded my SC4 & RushHour.. and have had a hard time with the USGS site/program which has changed since the mapmaking guide was created. I'm trying to create this particular region of SouthWest Washington State, (Vancouver, WA) USA with Portland, OR If someone could create (or help me create) a region from the 3rd point v in from the left to the 3rd point v in from the right. I would really appreciate it. Thank You
