Hi there! I'm a newbie to playing Sim City 4. And I do not have the Rush Hour Expansion Pack yet. I'm curious, I saw some screenshots of a city and it has a straight/aligned coastline, how do I do that? I find it a hard time especially that your cursor will be round when you terraform... Please help And another thing, what modds or add ons can you recommend for me, a non RH user? Help will really be appreciated! Thank You
