All of the pics that are in the 50 pages show fine but how come ALL of the pics on like page 1 are deleted?

Ok I downloaded the iLive Reader thing..... But how do I use it? And what file is actually causing the water like that? It could be several of them..... You said: Columbus_Play_Terrain_Parameters file. Let me go check really quick.

Any Speed bumps that you guys know of? Do they exist? And another question. Do sims always go the exact speed limit? I mean if you zoom in you see crashes and stuff so do some sims go slower than others? And how about passes. Is there ever a time that sims pass each other cuz the person in front is go to slow? No no what I did not mention is that all my blank tiles are plains. My whole region is plains with mountains and some water. And they look like plains too. But when you load them they are water. I edited my orignal message now. So it says that they are all plains, not water but turn out to be when loaded. Can anyone else help me?

1. Create a new folder in your My Documents\Sim City 4\Regions and name it after the region you wish to download and install; e.g. \Seattle. 2. Download the associated .jpeg file by clicking the icon provided. Save this in the new folder. 3. If there is a .bmp configuration file for your new region, download and save it to your new folder and rename it config.bmp. 4. Start Sim City 4. 5. On the Region Screen, click the Open Region icon. Select your new region folder. The screen will change to a large flat area - this is normal. 6. Hold Shift+Alt+Ctrl+R and navigate to the jpeg file you just saved. Select this and hit okay 7. Sim City 4 now converts this .jpeg file to a new region; it takes approximately 5 to 15 minutes depending on the size of the region and the speed of your computer. 8. You're done! Don't forget to add trees and wildlife to suit your preferences.

True, It would be considered eye candy. And yes I see your point, it would be worthless. But none the less.....

Im talking about it being realistic not like they would REALLY do any harm.

Im only asking because I think that they do make the city more realistic but then again I don't want my sims to hate me for putting them in. Where I live they are mainly around schools because they dont want people diving fast there and also they are in parks where tons of kids are around. Dont want to make my city hell for my sims LOL.

Ok It just would make things a lot more realistic. I mean from my point of veiw all sims can't be perfect when driving or there would not be crashes.

My region "Memorial Springs" have just reached th 2.1 million mark. I got it up to 1.8 WITHOUT any BATs. I only have one region well I have more but I only play one and thats this one. So I did not even download any BATs Modds or anything until 1.8 million. And I just gained 300,000 sims in the past month off all my bats and modds I got. So 2.1 million here!

Also if you want to download the radical ordinances that will help your hospitals. And your Edu.

I also like alot of Detroits builds seeing how I live about 60 miles away. Yup totally motown.

I don't understand what you mean. If you mean changing from a ground highway to an elevated one, thats possible. You just have a ground highway built (or elevated) and just drag an elevated over the end of the existing highway (or ground). Is this what you mean?

Yup ok back to the topic. Ok well when the new building is build at the wtc site I think that will be the best. I sorta think that its cool how it will be 1,776 feet tall, just like the year are country became a country 1776. When is that opening again? Was it 2008...... I forgot. It is in my g. world record book 2006 and I can't find it at the moment.....

Umm really? I was pretty sure that those came from the NAM........ because I don't remember downloading anything like that. Maybe Im wrong but Im still pretty sure that they came from NAM...... 100th Post!
