  1. I remember seeing an article on how to get 1x1 $ residential going early on in the game to create realistic suburbs. Also creating 1x1 restricts any $$ or $$$ moving in as well. I can't for the life of me remember or find that topic again. Does anyone have the article? Or knows how to do this? Thanks!
