There are numerous things you have to consider: These things attract and help them grow. I normally at the start lower the tax for CO$$$, CS$$$, CO$$, CS$$ to attract them and after they have grown (a few years) I increase the tax. The other things you need to consider are: -Garbage -Lower Crime -Lower Air Pollution -Increase Traffic -Near Landmarks -Near Residences -
I dont know where to post these questions but I thought this will be the place. How do you create those straight shores made of concrete. Some of the cities have those type of shorelines. Not sand but roads (I think So). If it is a mode of some kind, can some one please tell its name so I can download it. When you create a Bat file for a building, how do you fix the cost and its requirements. That sort of thing. Thank You.

I installed the BAT update. The lights are working fine. But now some of my textures went missing. and some some details are no longer present. All my parks are plain green areas. You can see no airplanes, and people anymore in the airport. Can some one tell me how to fix this bug. Thank You.
