This Building is part of the Rehome, Recare, Restart project in the city. its for people who have had their lives ruined eg-financial situation, homelessness etc. We house them in these massive collososal housing apartments, this one is about 20 years old. i love the high rises and the grand station, the city seems very clean and indsustrious. it also seems a city of wealth, i just like the modern high rises and that castle of yours, it reminds me of london in the way it mixes modern & olden archetecture together. 5 thumbs up, oh wait, how is that possible? you deserve it.

A Aerial View of the City as a whole, note the pollution (oh my) but not worry, the QVAQA (QuaintsVille Air Quality Association) Are On The case!. And Below, A Typical Mixed Class Area of the TerraBurbs, This is the nicest area to live in, little pollution but quite a bit of traffic noise. The City Prison is around a mile up the road but thankfully is surrounded by 2 Large Police Stations.

This is the heart of millionaires row, expensive apartments, million simoleon condo's and the only part of the city that is powered by Wind Power as part of a giant protest from the rich, velvet wearing, citizens of Millionaires Row.
