ok, so i'm not new to SImcity, nor am I knew to computers, gaming or modding games. I'm having a few problems with the STEX and understanding moding SimCity4. I'm not interested in /making/ mods, just installing and using some of the wonderful mods avaliable on this website. I just dont understand how it all works and what I need to make the mods work etc. Can someone help out a $%&^!, or direct me to a read me/help file/topic that'll give me a hand? I cant seem to find anything that answers my questions... Thanks guys!
