Sorry, FTP went down when I uploaded it and only managed to reupload it now. Can anyone give me a solution to the problem?

I've got all the updates installed, here's a screen-grab of the problem I'm having. When I try dragging the rail through the station it says that it can't intersect reserved tiles or something like that. There's nothing in the tiles alreadys. Am I the only one having this problem? Another thing that's happening is the parks aren't showing up when I place them.

No matter what I do I can't get toll booths, elevated rail lines with stations etc to join up. Is there a patch for this? I had no problems with this before, but I've only reinstalled the game again today after not playing it for a few months. BTW, it's the Deluxe version.
