Some time ago I was talking to my friend, which mentioned to listen SOAD. 1st time I heard this name, as i don't listen to radio so much. In another day I heard that name again from somebody else. Well, I understood it seems to getting famous now. I totally forgot about it, untill once I was in car listening the radio and changing a station i hear: "such a lonely day....and it's mine" The most loneliest day of my life??? I think even me won't do this kind of mistake, but I think it's just french people, who don't speak english well anyway. I've got smile on my face, as I was pretty sure it's some humour stuff which we sometimes have on radio. I heard the song almost untill the end, my ears were asking me to change, but I just wanted to heard the comments after to know what it was exactly, what comic and why did it. At the end dj said it was SOAD. For a moment I was not able to realize it is real music. 1st of all lyrics of this song was incredibly stupid, voices are just horrible, it seemed like they sing from the metal pipe having someone torturing them in the same time. But after I've got smart idea, that they supposed to be super hot, that's why some girls listen to it. It was the only idea in my brain, cause there can be no any other explanation!!! In some time watching the music channel I am watching the end of some clip, new one starts, it seems I've never seen that, so I keep watching. And suddenly I see that...it's SOAD again...I am under shock, I'm wondering if I am dreaming or that's true. And why they look so...mmm...scary???!!! Well, why I created this topic. 1st of all everyday there is a lot of people on this forum coming as site is very popular, so I guess I can have answer to my questions. I don't want to hurt feelings of anyone, we are allowed to have all diferrent tastes and it's normal. But I just want to know from people who possibly like this...WHY??? I don't understand... The lyrics is bad Music is medium, probably the only thing not the worst, but stil... Voices are horrible!!!! Appearence...probably they should look bit better; since ppl watch it on tv often. So for what reason people listen SOAD? it's fashion, or what? Now it seems cool to listen SOAD?
