Taxes and Loans grayed out in Economy panel
raskil posted a topic in Cities: Skylines Technical Help Q&A
On my first game, I can't borrow money because the Loans tab won't activate in the Economy panel...the same goes for the Taxes tab by the way. I started a new game and noticed the same problem. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Thanks....
