i downloaded the june nam and the capacity mods aren't working at all. the sim wont take a car ANYWHERE. not even down the road

i love the way you made the tropical look and feel. my advice is maybe you can search the STEX to find a less urban looking hospital.

maybe you need to zone for larger buildings. most of the largest in gme buildings grow at 4x4 zoning. to zone that hold down your control button and drag the zone out. also is the desirability up for the area? if not try placing some plazas and parks to raise it.

wow this is a good one! i was just wondering how you keep the traffic level able to be on a street through the med. res. on the screen? do you not worry about traffic cuz the streets look good? [cuz they do] or is there just low traffic? what's your secret?

and earlier said something about Nashville and Memphis. I believe that nashville is the better of the 2. the high rises of Nashville just look better and nashville [my opinion] has more culture because it is behind LA as the music capital of the world. and Nashville is just more fun to visit. i have been to both cities and that is just my opinion. -

i think the north and the south has always been a big thing. northerners look at southerners like they are hicks. when really southerners are more polite and more likely to help you out. like in NYC you have to pay someone to hold a door open for you, and in the south we help each other out -
