    I have the same problem. I use the Super Demand mod and my R$ $$ $$$ went skyrocket but nobody wanna move into the lot.

    My residential areas are still deserted. like 3 block of R zones are empty, nobody is moving in. Worse, my city is stuck at 260k populations. R demand is only massive for R $ and $$, $$$ is a negative.

    I installed it but some part of my residentials aren't going anywhere. They still live in crappy houses instead of skycrappers and condos. How do I fix this?
