Truly awful in my opinion but clearly intended for a different, much younger, market from most SC4 fans. The name is misleading, Sims maybe, SimCity no. I guess I was expecting SC4, more or less, but with ploppable RCI buildings, which appealed. The reality was therefore a disappointment. I should have read opinions before buying but at least it was heavily discounted. Cities Unlimited looks to me to be a better contender going forward, we shall see. What is promising is that they seem to be involving people in its development. 1/10, though I can see that younger Sims fans might rate it higher.
