They've been answering questions on Reddit only for couple of hours, but I'm eager to see them do it again. Either on Reddit or anywhere else.

Works MUCH better now. Great stuff. Only, the problem is, I'm at 50k residents atm. I wonder what'll happen once i enter the 7 digit marks.

I just reinstalled Deluxe on my Vista machine and got it running by turning off DEP.

Thanks for the tip. I ran DXDIAG and found the slider already was at standard (I must have had troubles with something else earlier), so I moved it around between basic and full with no effect. I finally re-installed the game and it works now.

Well, the problem appeared after I re-installed SC4Deluxe. The game plays music normally in region view, but after loading a city it plays only one tune and stops, and what makes it play again is going in the options and starting a song manually. Yes, the music is turned on, all songs are selected, and there have been no hardware or driver changes between the two installations. Help?
