it still dont work here.....I delted cookies and my internet cache, but nothing happened....

Please help me... I dont know how to post my own question then i replied to tell my question.... Well, i want to know how to do this... And othr thing i like to say its that i cant download anything....i go to the downloads page, click on the "downlod" link but nothing happens....please help me if you can! thx!
