The Bus system is certainly a welcome change. Hopefully when the time comes to implement the Railways, MC could also give us some small rail-top Stations too for suburban and rural areas, as opposed to having larger stations everywhere. Theres so much Maxis and custom stuff in SC4 that you'd love to see in CitiesXL its just not possible to list them all, or even ask if you seen them. Judging from what you we're saying, it seems like you only got to sit on the tip of the Iceberg, the retail version will have lots, lots more to it. I have no questions though, nothing off the top of my head anyway. I was hoping by the time you got the play it they'd have some kind of semi-beta Terraforming tool integrated for you to muck around with. But I can't imagine them implementing a Region Terraforming tool and not letting you able to terraform at City Level... that seems a bit backwards, heheh. I am a little concerned about the future of custom content though... surely there is a way for MC to give us the ability to create content and customise at our lesuire, and at the same time, have a cheat free online environment? If online play starts taking priority over the ability to customise then it could be quite damaging to the games longevity.

Yeah, but the majority of people oppose it because their scared of Europe. Their scared of EU policy, their scared we'd lose our national identity and their scared that somehow this will lead us closer to a European Super-state in which we render the lessons from World War 1 and 2 absolutely pointless. I read a Hitler-esc hate-speech of a book that basically outlined the same rediculous reasons (plus 98 more) to hate Europe and all it stands for. I failed to understand the reasoning... since when has Unity been a bad thing? I think national pride in this country can sometimes verge on the pathetic. Personally, I wouldn't mind being part of the Euro... although to keep things a little easier, I'd wait until the Queen abdicates or dies (whatever comes first. Everybodys gotta go sometime), we'd be losing our Queen flavoured money if that happened anyway. A Global or International currency however, i'm not a big fan... I think for the amount of countries there are in the World, we'd need to make the note and coin designs all the same in order to keep Conterfitting under control. I can't see many countries wanting to use notes that fail to recognise their nation.

The sudden change from Patriotism to Neutrailty on the name is weird move... I did expect them to change it post-Bush, but 'One World Trade Centre' doesn't really do justice to the the people that died on 9/11, although they do have that memorial just accross the street. Freedom Tower made me feel nauseous, it was almost like a semi-patriotic slur to the rest of the world... they couldn't have been more blatant if they painted it red, white and blue then hooked up a massive PA system to the roof and played "Born in the USA" over it 24/7. Its 1,776ft tall, years of the signing of the Decleration of Independence... Jefferson wrote most of it, so call it the Jefferson Tower. It all ties in nicely. I also opted for the Liberty Centre, Independece Tower... I mean, the list could be quite long and much less nauseous.

We'll, a movie is a movie... it lasts an hour and a bit and you usally watch it once, then it sits on a shelf for the rest of its life, unless its a really good Movie like... Monty Pythons Holy Grail. Nobody complains because there not much you can do with a movie other than watch it. Hard copies have their downsides, like scratching, losing, breakage... CD's/DVD's are brittle things. But a Data Hardcopy thats stored on your hard drive has very little in the way of downsides, besides the space it takes up on your HDD. Remember that, if you playing from a console, theres no way a game could be modded since nobody can get to the files... thats the main reason I would prefer to have a version stored on my PC like a normal game; you're able to change the files to game to suit yourself and increase its playability. Imagine if everybody couldn't Mod SC4 because it was stored on a Server 30,000 miles away... it would have died a long long time ago. The idea is good and may work eventually, but unless they give you an option to download the game to your HDD, I won't be buying it.

Their primary income will essentially be those Console things, that they will have to get specially made. They'll have to pay for that and make a Profit from it in order to get more and put it towards costs. They will no doubt skim a little off the top of the Games sales too, but still, how much will that be? A few dollars? This way, it seems like - A - The games will be really expensive B - The Console will be really expensive C - They'll force you into a subscription D - All of the above If they can get this to work without making us pay extortionate amounts of money, and give us an option to Download the game ourselves for Offline play, then good, I'm all in favour, but until I see it working on a large scale I can't really say i'm impressed. edit- Also, I wish, I WISH companies would stop giving technological things stupid freaking names... I got it last week, its nothing special. I'd wiped my PC a few days prior so I had to go through alllll the Missions again just to play the Soviet Assault ones. The new Berlin map is AWESOME I might add, its very realistic, right down to the Watch tower's style and the Graffiti on only one side of the wall (of course, if you tried putting Graffiti on the other side, you would have been shot). I usually play the 'No Hope' mod, its freaking Nuketastic... Nuke Bombers, Nuke Launchers, MIRV Nukes, ICBM Nukes, Satan Nukes... you name it, they've shoved some Uranium inside it. Shame a version for v10.0 isn't out yet, I can't wait to start lobbing MIRV's over the Berlin Wall!
