Yeah we do... mainly towards the upkeep of the forum. There's a 'Contact' button on the homepage (easternfront.org) with a link to donations. All donations are greatly appreciated, no matter how small.

Those links should be working now. Yeah, you can play it online. We've change nothing from the original factions, we actually added in the new Soviet faction and built it from the ground up. Yeah, I managed to get my hands on it. Its as if somebody made a game called "Anno 1950" ... I can't compare it to the Demo since I never played the Demo, but its very addictive despite the lack of building options, repetitive gameplay, vague resource collecting and boring campaign missions. The details in the world are awesome however... it looks like the developers spent the majority of their time perfecting a living world, where the islanders have homes, jobs, opinions, and families, all which you can track down and persecute in your own way.

I got bored during the beta, so I don't expect much from the full game. I'll buy it, but probably not straight away... maybe when I see they've added more transport options and people are making CC for it.

Played the game.... definitely my kind of caper. The Graphics are stunning even if the Nuclear Test was a little B-Movie-ish.

Custom content is the key to this game... we have been saying this ever since CXL was annouced. Once custom content starts appearing, all these little foibles will slowly dissapear, as they have in SC4. What I do NOT want to see is this 'filter' system that they may implement so people cannot cheat on the PO by giving custom buildings super-attributes (like cash parks and such). I know MC wants to see CC on the PO, but I think the majority of us couldn't care less... we just want to have a fun city building game. It certainly serves SC4 well.

I've been a great admirer of this guy for a few years now. Even though he was 113, blind, almost deaf and lost the use of his legs, he never looked like he was tired of life. He's a great historical loss, hopefully he will be remembered, his recollections of the Great War certainly will be. I laughed when he told the BBC News what his secret to long life was- Smoking, Drinking and wild, wild Women. We should all aspire to that!

I've become very fond of my 360... I used to prefer PS3 but after seeing the Price and Graphical comparison between the 2, its not about being a Brand whore anymore, 360 is probably the best value console out of the lot of them for the content, graphics and games you get. I don't know why people give a toss about Blu Ray... weee, 50GB of storage for a Movie or Game that only uses about 15% of that space Max. Its not something to be gleefully proud about, its just a useless waste of money.

GTA4 is on 360 as well you know! It does seem however that alot of games are being cancelled for the PS3. Sometimes I do think its pricey to produce games for the PS3, but I also think Microsoft has more word in the Games industry these days... especially when EA drops their pants at the first sign of money.

I own a 360 but i'd probably get a PS3 if I had the money... after I got other stuff of course. TBH, I only bought the 360 to play GTAIV but I'm growing pretty fond of it. Wii is the best dust collector you can buy.

The "Pop" stems from Popular, but both are different genres. If Death Metal became the Worlds #1 Popular kind of music tomorrow, I doubt we'd re-classify it as Pop Music. Decades define the music the most, thats why when we're talking about Music decade-wise, its good to put the Decade in front of the Genre, 80's Pop and Contemporary Pop are obviously different genres. What was Pop then, is still Pop now... its just from another decade, so theres no need to re-classify it. On another note, every store I went into today was playing Jacko's music... I found it quite eerie, don't ask me why.

I agree with what Duke said, I could imagine him being in the same bed as children, but I could never imagine anything sexual would come of it... when he died on Thursday, he was a 50 year old with the mental age of 10, he'd been like that for over a decade. I've never been a fan of Jacko's music, I personally found him to be a bit creepy, physically and psychologically, but I never believed at any point he could be a peadophile. It was sad to see people so readily abuse his mental instability and eccentricity in order to get some easy money. My brother-in-law who suffers from Aspurgers fell victim to something very similar, he was conned into giving a woman he'd met all his money for "Baby things" over the course of 2 months. When he stopped giving her money, she was going to tell the Police he'd abused her Toddler. People who are motivated by greed will so very readily abuse those with disibilities, don't ever forget that.

Holy moley, didn't expect this, I thought he would live for quite a while. Maybe all the stress of the molestation charges and stuff just got to him, the millions flushed down the pan in legal payments. I can't imagine how even a sane person could cope with that. I remember watching a Documentary about him a few years back, he was walking through some kind of museum looking at Pharaoh's caskets, the reporter asked him something like "Would you like to be Buried in one of these?", Jackson turned around and exclaimed "I'll never die, i'll live forever!"... yeah, not quite Jacko. Not even nearly. 50? Crap, my dad turned 50 in February and I still reckon he's got a good 30-40 years left in him. RIP
