    This is lots of tall commercial buildings which could be placed in the downtown part of your city. this lot is a landmark. it costs $300/m the build cost is the same as the bank of china which i think is $170,000 this lot has no grass areas because it is on the moon in my game.

    i also made one that fires 20 missles at once except its a park and the missles come out of missile launchers. When they fire the screen shakes out of control and most of the time 3 or more will explode in the air. Sim Moon is a project ive been workin on for a while btw.

    Theres not much to it really this should replace the other missile range and fires 3 missiles in stead of 1 when they test them, this building is usually offered if your city is having money problems it gives you an extra $350 on the income
