Hey. I'm having troble running the game. I was able to install it sucessfully but it doesn't run: the screen gets all black as though the "EA Games" message will show, but then it stops and I'm back to my desktop. I need help. Specs: Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit. Genuine Intel® CPU T2130 1.86 GHz 764MB RAM I reallu need some help, I haven't played the game for over 6 months because of this bug, and it's driving me nuts! Sorry about the bad english...

I've never been to Paris but I've been to London 2 so all I can say is that Paris must be visually more beautiful than London (that's the idea I've always had anyway) but London is such an interesting city, with so much to watch and so much to do, the people are fantastic and very welcoming (I've heard the french are not) so it would be really hard to choose. I gess I have to go to Paris in order to make a good decision!

^^^ But I installed the game with no problems... It's just that it won't start. Do the 765 MB already count with the full memory or is it the total memory of the cmputer? Sorry about my informatic ignorance...

The computer starts making the usual noise, the screen gets black and suddenly it's back to the desktop and the noice ends. Sorry about any comunication problems, it's just that may native language isn't the english

I'm not a such a pro in the game (the largest city I've created had 70 000 inhabitants and I've never seen any skyscrapper in any of my cities) but I thought I should give my opinion...well, I don't like very much to have industry in my cities so, when I'm starting one, I allways put a little grid of low density industry and a few farms a little bit far from the zone I want to start developting, just to create some jobs and atract more sims to town. When the city grows and I get a etable budget I start buldozing it and constructing C and R areas on it. I raise the ID, IM and agriculture taxes to arround 14$ so I can low the industry demand. I don't know if it is the best way but it has worked till now. After all, sorry for my bad english...

It's very good, not too exagerated in skyscrappers, it looks ver soft with all the houses instead of higher buildings.

I've put my pluggins in right folder (my documents - Simcity4-pluggins) but they don't show up in the game!...

I find Sim City 4 too much difficult... I know I'm a starter (I bought the game one week ago) but I can't get many eveloptment in any city I create. I don't understaind what I'm doing wrong, I aslo get out of cash and I don't want to cheat. In sim city 300 I always made my cities with any problem... So I'm asking for some tips for beginers, what did you usually do to make your fist cities get big, clean and developped... For example, did you start to built big or just with small towns?
