Mighty Mouse has a scroll wheel, but only one button. Apple seems to stick to its concept. Have been using control-click for years now, it comes as a second nature. Having a two-button mouse remains the more pleasant option though! (I have problems with MM in TS2, it keeps scrolling off the page and that's really annoying! Haven't used it in SC4 yet.)
