  1. Dirt flooring on lots

    All my lots(RCI) develop normally, just that the buildings are over dirt floor, instead of the normal grass/concrete floor. I'm running this on my vista laptop, just installed without any addons. I installed NAM and this still occurs. Am i missing a file or something?
