You might have noticed wile playing the game is that there is a message saying that land values are low in your city when it has very high land value. If you look at the graph on the data map it would show that the land values would be really high for a month and at the end of that month it would dramatically fall.
I may have found out the reason for this. If you really have Astronomical Land values everywhere it would show on the graph. But the problem is, if you take a really careful look at the land value, you would probably see that the land value keeps rising. That means that the city's land values are rising.
Now to the problem. As land value keeps rising, there is a limit to how high the land value can rise, so when it reaches the point where it can't go any higher, it drops. The reason for this is because there is an error with the program, and it just wants to start a new line where it can start rising at again, and the only line it can continue at is the beginning!
