It is easy to see how traffic is on airports, just query on any airport tile and you see the traffic statistics. Seaports are more hidden. If you click on the squares, you don't get much useful information about traffic. The object to query is the 'Seaport Pier Base': the building that is on land, connected to the piers. You will get all of the stats with that.
