How to change the names of your neighbor cities in SimCity 3000

I found this trick out while trying to cancel an annoying trash deal. This trick will NOT affect any deals you currently have with any of the neighboring cities.

• First, start SimCity 3000 as you would normally do and load your city.
• After you load your city, select the "Adjust & Review" (white) button from the menu bar and then click on the "Neighbors" button (the one that looks like two band-aids forming an X).
• Now the "Neighbors Map" should appear displaying all your neighboring cities.
• Select any one of the four surrounding cities on the map.
• When you select a neighbor, you will see a white box on the bottom left of the dialog box with the city's name in it.
• Now all you have to do is delete the city's name and put in whatever you want.
